If you need to return any item(s), please send it back as new, unused and in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt, and we'll process your refund, it's that simple.

Alternatively if you wish to return via another carrier simply email us at [email protected] with the following information to start the returns process:

  • Detailed reason for return
  • Item description (including the product code if you have it to hand)
  • Your CookServeEnjoy order number
  • You name and a contact telephone number

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify you of the status of your refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the product is non-faulty/damaged.
